Good news, there is! I got a reply to my Craigslist ad (a great idea one of our neighbors suggested) as well as to this thread; and it turns out a neighbor on the next street over found her and has been keeping her safe and sound!

We won't be able to get her back until this afternoon, but it is such a huge relief to know she is OK. Our dogs are an integral part of our family, and we've had both since pups (they are half brother and sister). What made things worse was her fourth birthday was yesterday, but we'll celebrate when we get her back home today. We have been paralyzed by the thought of never seeing her again, she is very special to us and we can't wait to be reunited with her!

Thanks for everyone's well wishes and especially to our neighbors for being the so much help. This has been a very traumatic event for all of us, and we are so relieved that it has a happy ending.

Cheers! M2

Thanks for sharing the great news! I've been so worried about her!!! I was so afraid that someone would keep her because I'm sure she's a sweetie. Happy endings are wonderful!

Molly is back home! I honestly didn't know whether to hug or strangle that mutt; but once I saw her it was it was an easy choice. Dang dog has put us through hell these past two days, but we are so grateful that she is home safe and sound!
