San Antonio needs an authentic New Mexico Restaurant. I'm talking Red and Green New Mexico Chiles (from Hatch), Sopapillas, Huevos Rancheros, Green Chile Burgers! This is the one thing I miss the most from home.

Chuys does sell green chile that is alright, but I am talking about sitting down, ordering and having the waiter ask if you want Red or Green on your enchiladas and does not freak out when you say I'll take it Christmas (both Red and Green).

Maybe there is a place here in San Antonio, but I have not found it yet?

I'm also from NM and pretty much always have a freezer full of roasted hatch green chiles from back home! I was disappointed to hear about the poor harvest this year, but either way, I have YET to find a restaurant like the ones back in NM.

Yeah, we are the same way. We stock up when we go home. You can also find Bueno Red and Green Chile at some HEB's. Specs has them too. Do you know of any other place to buy NM Chile?
