I've heard iffy things about the viability of the San Lorenzo from people who have bought into it. There are financing issues, and several construction dates have come and gone. It's not technically dead, but the buyers don't hold out much hope.

Are you sure they are going to be open in 2008? Last night on the news they said the subs were stopping work on the job because they were not being paid!

It was a false alarm by KENS 5. The developer, FaulknerUSA, has guaranteed payment and the construction will not stop. The most serious threat to a delay at this point would seem to be the rain.
