Wealthy Mexican nationals escaping the drug war in Mexico will buy it. They are the main buyers of multimillion dollar properties in town. They won't pay as much as Eva and Tony did though.

It is all good news for our city, yay!

I imagine each of them makes enough individually to keep it for themselves.

Bad memories. They most likely will certainly sell? Eva has no ties here (Corpus gal) without Tony and well he don't seem the Robinson type to want to settle here. They do have enough money to take a loss and relocate. Our city's most famous couple has ended...

I like Eva Longoria...too bad about the cheating, not a good way to end a marriage. She has my sympathy. Oh, and many of the local people can do that laissez-faire thing just fine, from what I hear!

^ Oh, I didn't know that. That makes sense then that they might keep. I wonder if it will be a friendly parting or a bitter battle in court. I think the first, neither need, or most likely want that kind of drama. Good for them I hope they keep it classy.

Too bad this was not played out on an episode of Cheaters. <s>

Really though I think infidelity might be common enough but it ruins many things, also local might not mean South Texan, and by that I mean Mexican-American. People get shot for that at times here.

In the old days it was said for a successful Mexican marriage to last the wife has to keep one eye closed. That was the old days. That old saying speaks volumes about jealousy, in contrast, and Hispanics tend to be more jealous than Anglos.

For instance I used to see Anglo teens flirt with each other, every week it seemed they would switch partners, be holding hands with someone else in their group, and their whole group all remained friends. Doesn't work like that for everyone. Drama, drama.

Of course I am generalizing but for the most part it is true.

I like Eva too. We get Eva's Heroes (her non-profit organization for special needs folks) updates on Facebook. She has been an intregal part of Morgan's Wonderland's success.
