I second your last statement. I grew up in the 13 area and migrated to the 50 then the 09 area as I progressed through life. There is a lot of "inbreading", although not the genetic type, in the 09 area.

San Antonio is getting three new schools. I read the article but it is several months old now. What is the newest news about these?
