Well, I've been looking for a whole house attic fan. I installed one in the last house I had and it was manufactured by a company called Seabreeze which was located just inside Loop 410 on Broadway. Granted, it was a very long time ago.

Are there any local places that sell and install these anymore? They are the greatest energy saving things to have this time of year if you don't mind having your windows open a little bit.

I'm not talking about those little fans that are on the rooftop. This is a large fan that may is installed somewhere like the middle hallway, has louvers that open when the fan is turned on and it sucks in air from the open windows. It's about 3'x3' or larger is size.

This may be the kind of thing you're looking for. I suppose you could make arrangements with Lowes to have it installed.
