Does anyone have any information on the residential property at Eilan on I-10? I saw on the website that they are currently leasing offiec space, but did not see any timeline around residences. The project seems to be moving a lot more quickly than the others in the area since it is privately funded. If anyone has information on the housing in Eilan, it would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for relying to my inquiry with the links to Eilan. However, I was looking for more information about the residences time lines (completion date), floor plans, price range and if the residences would be apartment only or condos as well. If anyone has information about this or can point me in the direction of someone who does, I would appreciate it. Thank you.

I just took a construction tour there today, I'm a college student at UTSA. They have began pre-leasing some of the aparments. Most are 1 and 2 bedroom. Move in dates for the earliest residents are scheduled for early november. The developer told me that more info will be listed in the next couple weeks! Progress is moving very quickly and I'm excited to see everything finished.

Leasing hmmmm. I would have thought they would have been sales of condos since there is a huge market of visitors from Mexico that would just love to own something about that size for frequent visits to our fair city. Thanks for the update, black ice!

The crime you report as happening doesn't jive with the SAPD reports listed on their website. The facts do not back up anything you've claimed.

Can the mods please take care of this poster.
