While out today I saw a traffic sign than said Ingram Rd between Wurzbach and Mabe will be closed from Jan - Oct. Anyone know why? 10 months is a real long time!

Default Construction has begun,

There is some pretty large excavation equipment and culvert pipe already on site and a dirt road alongside and on top of a seven foot high embankments built plus what I think was a very big portable caterpillar generator so as to set up portable lighting as if they were going to work round the clock on the project.
Maybe so, that seems a big bridge to build in such a short time span, ten months .I am guessing this , I havent heard or read anything but , yes it was way overdue. Runoff water can really flood through there sometimes.
I know a huge retention reservoir was just excavated in the flood plain at
1604 and F.M. 471.

They really need to wait until Culebra outside 410 is finished. I imagine it was "supposed" to be finished by then but it sure doesn't look like it.

They are the slowest ever with construction here. I'm from arizona and culebra would have been done in a month these road systems here are seriously horrible who ever thought them up must have been seriously drunk ten months is a long time but I would imagine it might take them that long because every time I pass the construction workers they are not even working just standing around talking. Crappy roads crappy construction crappy drivers oh how I miss Az roads nice and smooth with lots of lanes and an exit everymile off the freeway all streets connect you dont have to drive an extra five miles to get to where you need to go.

This directly impacts my commute. Traffic is VERY bad on 410 and the access road now due to this closing. Sucks.
