I just replaced a leaking PRV. I wouldn't have noticed until I got my SAWS bill except the grass was greener than it should have been.

why didn't Westcreek try to buy that property years ago (where the storage units are going)? One-time assessment, protect your values. That really sucks for you guys. Ugh.

If the leak caused an increase in your bill be sure and call SAWS to inquire about a credit.

Car stolen from driveway-Quail Meadow

My mother lives in Quail Meadow and her car was stolen out of the driveway this morning at 0800. She was in the garage at the time and heard her car starting. By the time she was able to open the garage door, it was gone. Silver 1999 Honda Civic DX hatchback. Vietnam Veteran license plates.

It's getting bad in Westcreek.

As a Former Resident of Westcreek (1999 to 2010) I can say that the Apts at Military and 1604 increased crime in the area.

It's getting bad/stupid everywhere, which is why I'm glad I invested in steel and gun powder.. screw gold and the crazy stock market. Also, yet another reason to park your car in the garage. I'll never understand street parking when there's a perfectly good garage sitting there. Just clean out all that crap you're never going to use and park your freaking car in it.

Has anyone ever driven through those apts? I have a few times and wanted to kick everyone's ass in there. Not to mention everytime I go into Walgreen's and those thugs are in there. Pull your pants up, wear your hat right, take the women's earrings out of your ears, don't put stupid tattoos on your body, do I need to keep going? Worthless.

Westcreek is what Alamo Ranch will be like in a few years. Once you get past Bandera on 1604 going west, it is all downhill. I try to not go any further west than I10.

How long have you been here? Your comments are ignorant. I live off 1604/Military and I am okay. Maybe you are scared to come over here b/c of the "west side crowd"?
