Hello!
I'm getting married Feburary 7th, 2011 and the place I was going to have my reception fell through. My guest list is only about 20-25 people and my budget is $500-800 at the most. I would like to keep things simple, nothing to fancy. Any suggestions?

I would contact a church and see if you can rent their parish hall

I dunno on their prices but San Antonio Mexican Restaurant | La Fonda on Main | Authentic Mexican is pretty popular.

Try Pompeii Grill at Nacogdoches. They have a party room and I think they have quoted me $16 - $17 per person for salad, breadsticks, pasta and drink last year. I haven't been there to to try them though.

For a classier atmosphere, try Crumpets. I think it was around $20 per person with 3 choices of entrees. Their food is really good. However, you may have to ask about the minimum to close their big room since you only have 25 people.

Default Thanks

Thanks for the replies. Looks like I may be having my reception here: The Faust Hotel Its a really nice hotel in New Braunfels that has good rates on wedding packages. They also offer a 30% off deal on a wedding photographer. As far as getting my marriage license, i know it says i need my SSN, but does that mean i need my SSN card or can I just know the number?
