Hello !
We are planing to buy a house in Pulte Grandview. It will be great to get some reviews on the schools in that area. Also, some people doesn't like this property as the lots they are offering are not so even. The backyard of the house we are interested is fairly even but right after the fence is an empty elevated land which can lead us to the pool and the playground. Should we be worried about this elevation in the back for any reason?

Appreciate your time.
