Hi,
I am trying to find a place to have my son's 8th birthday party.
I want to stay away from Incredible pizza and Chuck E Cheese.
Any suggestions?

One of those Laser Tag/Quest type places. Go Karts, I only know of one place on right near the 410 & I-10 exchange. Maybe take a poll of the boys invited to the party and see if any places like a karate studio, a rock climbing studio, gymnastics gym, camping specialist can provide instructors and keep the children involved and engaged. The Children's Museum/Zoo too.

I don't have children, so I could be completely off here, but these are some ideas that came to me. Hope your son has a fun day.

I was thinking of malibu, but I'm worried about the weather.
Would Dave and Busters be to crowded on a Saturday?

We are doing my daughters 9th birthday at Santikos... You can do a party at either Silverado or Embassy...

You get 1 hour in the party room for cake and presents and then the kids watch a movie of your choice... You can either use the 1 hour before the movie or after the movie, whichever you choose...

It is a $50 reservation fee plus $15 per child (minimum of 10 kids)... The $15 gets them their ticket, a popcorn and a drink... The birthday child is free...

The theater will reserve seats for all of the party so that everyone is sitting together...

Laser Quest for the win. My son and his friends LOVE that place, and once they put that pack on you and you have to run from those screaming little 5 year olds ready to shoot you, it's quite the workout! They have party rooms, too.

Okay, I don't know why I didn't know that the Witte did parties, but I didn't... If my daughters party was not THIS sunday, the 16th, I totally would have done her party at the Witte... The rate seems really reasonable for a large amount of people...

I know where her 10th birthday will be...

have it at a bowling alley. They'll love that. So will the parents.
