Default Mission Mercado/Southside Development
Mission Mercado is the strip/shopping center development on the corner of SE Military Dr. and Roosevelt Ave.
Does anyone have any idea if this project is dead? I originally heard that it would be ready by July 07 but obviously it is not. It looks like it is completely stalled. The Southside was starting to get some good development but from the looks of this place it seems that the thrill is gone.

They've been working on it again recently. Hopefully by late summer it will be complete...

The only changes I've seen there are 4 broken windows and possibly some stolen materials. I hope they do get it completed soon, the mission area needs a little life to it.

I've seen crews working to complete the outside of the final building. Any news of which tenants will be there?
