hey guys,

i am from nyc and have been offered a transfer to selma, i never been to texas and i kind of have to make a decision in a very short time frame, i am looking to get out of ny due to the cost of living and would relocate anywhere, is selma a nice neighborhood, whats the standard cost of a median house, or even to rent a apartment for the first year? would like some input on the area, crime, weather, cost of living... etc.. thanks guys.

The median cost of a home in Selma is $172,500.

Honestly, you can't go wrong with any city in the Metrocom. Selma, Schertz, Live Oak, Universal City, Cibolo.
