Glad to see it got pointed out that it's a total scam.

Also I was doing spring cleaning and got rid of some sporting equipment, and put it up "for free"

That was two months ago.

I still get emails every other day DO YOU STILL HAVE IT!?!?!?

....

Ya that's not related but its Craigslist :P

Exactly! We were looking for some computer parts and a lot of unanswered ads or replies that the item has been sold.

i wouldn't use craigslist to buy dog food never mind rent an apt best thing to do is go in person and look around see whats out there. google out real estate agents and see if they can be any help also or atleast point you in the right direction.

this might be a better idea depending on how much she has saved up she might be better off buying an economical condo for lets say 100-150 k she would still come out cheaper than paying rent but she would be resposible for all her own reairs inside but she could do what she wated inside to i dont know her financial postion none of my bussiness just a thought . hope that helps also
