We decided to go with Lennar over at the Summit. Seems to be a much better area and they have been really good to work with. Went in, found a house, made and offer, 15 minutes later....DONE!

I would buy a less expensive home in the back section of Alamo Ranch then the highest in the front section. If your looking at Weekly then by their least expensive home surrounded by the bigger or more expensive homes in that neighborhood.

Have you looked at Santa Maria at Alamo Ranch TriStone Homes? They just opened a new section with tons of trees and a big selection of lots and they are in the back of Alamo Ranch near the Middle School but are not as pricey as Weekly. Plus they give a lot for the $$$.
I was wondering what is wrong with Jefferson middle school? It's highly rated no? I will be living in silver oaks, that's why I ask.
