I just realized I had 2 of the same HBO channels
channel 181 HBO HD
channel 385 HBO HD
both showing the same movie

any reason for that?..lol

There are quite a few duplicates if you really dig into the lineup.

On a similar note, I don't know why there need to be so many on-demand channels.

179 through 188 appear to be dupes of the channels up in the 300 range....

What kills me is do they really think I'm going to pay for NBCHD????

Usually that is a sign that they are moving the channel. They will leave it in its old spot as well as add it to the new spot for a period of time before shutting off the old spot. TW is notorious though for forgetting to turn off certain things at certain times.
