Does anyone know if you have to take a VOE form to DPS when the teen driver is taking the driving test to get the provisional license?
I called DPS on Kitty Hawk this morning and she didn't mention it, but it's on the driver's log you have to turn in.

Thank you!

Not sure why would they want to see VOE...
I think that only apply when transferring license from Out-of-State

Found out if they have turned one in when they applied for the learner's permit, it is still on file. The confusion is with the parent's 20 hour log that says you have to have it to get the provisional license. Son called this morning and they have it on file, so as of this afternoon, he passed the driving test and has his provisional license! We went to the Pat Booker location and were out within 1 1/2 hour! Much less time than I thought it would be.
