Here's a longer time-lapse video I shot a little while ago...



Not too exciting but you can see how fast the moon rises in about half an hour!

Depending on where txmusicgal was she very well could have seen the moon...

We were at The Rim from apx 8pm - 830pm getting ice cream from Cold Stone... We sat outside of Sports Clips and ate before getting in the car and we could clearly see the moon... It was orange and ginormous... It was over Super Target's roof...

I know the time for a fact because hubs had to go into work at 945pm and we had to leave The Rim by 830pm for us to get home to Boerne in time for him to change and make it into work...

Yes, but there is no way the moon was gone by that 9PM. It was still out at midnight when I last checked.

OH! I read it like she could not have seen it... Not that it wa already gone... You are very correct, it was just rising at 8pm and therefore would not be gone at 9pm... My apologies...
