Any suggestions for where to buy plants and shrubs for landscaping mainly in flower beds?

I am wondering if HEB Plus has good prices?

If you're near Rainbow Gardens on Bandera (and I believe they have another location but I'm being lazy) they usually have the nicest setup....and also the Garden Center at Bandera and Prue (I think that's Prue). Lovely stuff, and the Rainbow Gardens has a sign on EVERY plant in there, with info such as what it attracts (butterflies, hummingbirds, etc) , how to use it (bed, border, etc), how big it should get, and other things. I love that place. I haven't been in yet this year but I am looking forward to it, because they have been making some improvements in there. It's already just fun to walk through, but hopefully they've prettied it up even more.

Lowe's and Home Depot get their plants (mostly) from the same nurseries, it's just that the garden stores' staff usually know what they are talking about.

Rainbow Gardens (I've only been to the Bandera location but there's one on 281/Thousand Oaks). I also go to Fannicks often, however they have poor signage so you need to know what you're looking for. The staff is excellent tho.

Went to the Garden Center on Prue/Bandera today. They had all the native perennials I was looking for. Prices on some things were a little better than Rainbow.
