Happened this weekend. Personally I think even a senior has no business being out at 3 am but still I am saddened to hear this. I hope the boy comes out of this and prayers go out to his family.

Poor kid. Yeah, these 2 shootings sound like they are related. How sad.

There are a few bars on Broadway and a lot of rowdy, drunk people go to the McDonald's just north of 410.

That's horribly sad. It goes without saying that they shouldn't have chased the guy, especially in the middle of the night. Doesn't take away the fact that this kid won't walk again. I'm sick to my stomach over this.

I hope they catch the guy that did this. There are red chevy cobalts all over town so this will probably be quite difficult to track by car alone.

Hopefully whoever did this crime will be turned in by someone he knows or himself.

The driver of the SUV works for me. They are good young men. Don't understand what and why it happened. They don't seem like troublemakers, but probably should have not been out at that hour. Wow, we used to cruise on weekends to all hours of the morning, but never got into any trouble. We were not looking for trouble and would avoid it. Don't know what's gotten into the kids these days. Scary. Some people that don't value human life.
