So I will be stopping service with ATT U-Verse and will return the equipment when the boxes and UPS shipping labels are sent to us.

I have read some complaints that UPS has tracking confirmation that it has been received on ATT's side (Laredo, TX), and also if you call ATT U-verse they will confirm that they have received the equipment but then months later the person will get a bill for "unreceived equipment"

I just wanted to know if someone can share their experience (past or recent) when you have returned the ATT equipment. Did you later get a bill stating that they never received the equipment, yet UPS confrims it from their end that it has been successfully delivered to ATT Laredo, TX???

Can't you just take it to an AT&T service store and drop it off like Time Warner does?

I had no problem shipping mine back when I moved. I just took it to the UPS store in New Braunfels and they gave me a receipt and tracking info. Very convenient
