Default Traffic ticket in Seguin... any good attorneys?

Can anyone recommend an affordable attorney in Seguin? I was given a citation passing through there. I am innocent. BA-HA-HA!

Thanks

where were you at? I got a speed ticket going thru there at night on 123. I did not see the speed limit that lowered the speed limit to 50. when I came back again at daytime, i noticed that that sign was very small, probably the smallest size that they could get away with. If they REALLY cared about safety, they should have made the sign larger and put flashing lights around it so that it could be seen at night. I have stuck to Interstates ever since that time.
What happened?

Default I was on I10

I10. I believe it was about mile 620 something. In a span of about 2-3 miles, there were three DPS cars, and two Seguin PD cars with people pulled over, me included. I pulled out of the right lane to pass, and just my luck, the lane was moving slow becasue of the DPS guy, I could not see his little car because of a big rig.

Anyway, he pulled over three cars, including mine, at the same time. He was not using RADAR, just his speedometer.

I'm not trying to get the ticket dismissed, though that would be a bonus. I took Defensive Driving for a ticket in another small Texas down last July, (for the same reason you stated) so I can't take it again. I figured I'd at least make an attempt to see if they would plea bargain where I would pay a fine, and not get points. No big deal if they don't, but I figured this was one of those times when I would not just automatically pay, sort of like when you get the Tax Assessor's evaluation of your home; you can accept it, or you can protest it. I just want to excercise my rights and protest the ticket.

What on earth?! How could they possibly have a "smallest they could get away with" speed limit sign? I thought there were ALL supposed to be the same size, shape and color according to national federal guidelines? What the HELL?!!!!?!?!?!

I use Price & Del Cueto as my attorney for the ticket I got... they were incredibly easy to work with and had everything handled within a couple days. I didn't even have to go to court.
