I would like a mid-grade fancy brunch- one with some charm and an ice sculpture...any sugg that are not on the riverwalk?
Thanks!

Check the Sunday papers here leading up. They will probably have a big thing in the Taste section about who is doing what.

I am not sure about Ice Sculptures but you may want to check with the Westin at La Cantera. They always do a big thing around Christmas so I would imagine they would go big for Easter Brunch. I know they do a regular Sunday brunch anyway at one of the restaurants there. I am sure if you call the resort they could fill you in.

Not sure about the ice sculpture, maybe 1988?

Just kidding, maybe you would enjoy Tost or Brassarie Pavil? There is certainly charm to be found at either of those.

Auden's also has a nice brunch but is very casual.

Before we had a kid, we went here and found it to be not our style. It was not a brunch, but more a going back into the kitchen to pick what you want.
Thanks, though
