I am moving to the 78245 area, in between 151 and marbach, right off 410. Are there any good parks in this area that would be good for kids, age 5 and 7? I come from an area that had parks to the left and right.. and we like to go there as a family to let the kids play. I am looking for something that has a playground, but also field area to play sports such as soccer, or football. Any suggestions??

Stevens High school has their field open fairly late and its not uncommon to see people walking the track or playing on the field. There is a large duck pond right off ingram it has a dock and fishing area. I believe its called Wheeler park. It was dedicated to a police officer who i believe was killed a few years back.

There is a park on the south side of 151 just inside 410. It has a playground and a field.
