I just noticed the Google Street View of my house/street has been updated, and is now showing a date of April 2011. The previous view was dated November 2007. I see they got me on garbage day this time.

Hey, me too! Very cool. The previous street view of my house was taken before exterior restoration, but now my lovely old lady is as grand as the day she was built. The grass looked a heck of a lot better than it does now.

The image date is usually at the bottom of the picture when looking at the Street View.

I just checked ours and it's March 2011. I miss the previous version as it had my beloved VW Passat wagon in it that I traded in three years ago. That was a great car, I do miss it!

But my new car is in the updated photo, and it's a great car as well!

Cheers! M2

Yeah, my wife and I were immortalized at the busstop in front of the Goodwill at 410/blanco, but they changed it recently...

It looks like my gated Stone Oak subdivision along with a bunch of other gated ones in the surrounding area still have the January 2008 images. The gates were open during construction so their car got in, but now that it's done they couldn't get in to do an update. Other non-gated areas around here have updated images. I don't mind them snapping my house, but I wish they could have gotten the April update when my grass is nice and green and not the yellow grass in January.

Yup, mine was updated as well in March; must have been around Easter because I have my Easter Wreath on my front door in the photo. Although I also have a Fiesta wreath and I don't remember which was first! I think Fiesta week was before Easter, so that narrows down the time a bit..
