I saw in the newspaper a few weeks ago that Bigz Burgers is building a restaurant on 151 in the Westover Hills area. It's going to be just like their other restaurant with a big play area for the kids, outdoor patio, etc. Just FYI!

Okay, just found it on mysanantonio.com:

More Big'z

Big'z Burger Joint, 2303 N. Loop 1604 W., has started construction on a second location at 10106 Texas 151. According to owner Lauren Stanley, “the three-acre property will feature an 11,000 square-foot restaurant, abundant decks for outdoor dining as well as a huge backyard carpeted with artificial turf. We are so excited to bring Big'z to Westover Hills and anticipate a fall opening.”

Ohh...nice! Looking forward to going.
Mom2Feebs: I'm trying to get a sense of where that is. Map says near Westover Hills Blvd. but I'm not sure what side of the freeway it is...is it going to be next to another building?

Looks like it will be on the right side of 151 if you are heading towards 1604, between Potranco and Military

It is unreal how busy their 1604 location has become. I call in to go orders and eat them there now to avoid standing in line half an hour..... if I can get a parking spot.

It says a fall opening. We are moving, so we won't get to see this happen. We can't be more disappointed! Boo! I LOVE Bigz and wish we could have gone to the WH one! I think there's nothing but good things coming to this part of town!
