A/C is loooong overdue for a cleaning. Anyone have any reputable companies they use?? Been nervous to call -- know they are going to try and convince me I need a brand new unit or charge me hundreds of dollars to dust the thing off.

And no -- this is not a job I will try myself so please no do-it-yourself suggestions. Have the unit in the attic that really needs checking and I am much too frightened of bugs to even open that attic door

We used Mr. Erwin's and they were great. 349-4081.

We also used Aramendia for plumbing stuff and I think they also do AC and they were very nice as well.
