Used to be tons of 7-11's in San Antonio! Now they are changing their name to something else. Want to say "Quick Mart" or something like that. Read about it a few weeks ago. So...you won't see any 7-11's around much longer.

We have one right down the street from us here in Tacoma WA. I think it's the only one around here in this area that I've seen. May have to go take a picture of it.

It was a joke for the simpson's movie...a few select 7-11's changed to the kwik-e-mart.

Hello,

Just got back from R n R in Thailand and 7-11's are EVERYWHERE!!

The are THE store to buy whatever you need. Unfortuneately the cost is very similar to what you would pay in America so there is no cost savings. If you can possibly find a small Thai store, the prices are usually a 1/3 of what you would pay in the 7-11.

Later,

crazedchef,
Back in Baghdad after a great R n R.

That is the messed up part there chef.. I saw plenty of them in Singapore also. Pretty sad when their HQ is up the road just a bit and you can't find one here, but on the other side of the world they're all over.. crazy

Thanks for the info from all though, especially from the southside post. A guy I work with is insisting there is one in a neighborhood somewhere by Brooks, but nobody else knows what he's talking about.
With this guy that's usually the case, but he's always right....

I think Valero's cannot hold 7-11's jock strap at all, its really a low quality store.

I'm curious, in what way? I mean a Snickers bar is a Snickers bar is a Snickers bar, IMO. 7-Eleven has their trademark Slurpee, but seriously how many of those can a grown person consume? (I mean a grown person that cares about sugar consumption, empty calories, etc.)

I think there are more choices on the slurpees and fountain drinks, you can mix and match many fountain drinks. Also more food choices, and just more variety. I guess I am very picky.

I don't think Valero would want to hold 7-11 jock strap, it's probably about as sticky as 7-11's bathroom floors were.

Besides, Valero gives us free coffee when the Spurs win !!!! GoSpursGo
