Last week we had a Pegola built by Quality Custom Decks and it turned out great. We were under the impression that they would stain it, since we were given a price when we signed the contract. By the way the did not want any money down like a couple of others did. Anyway an Individual who was suggesed came out once and gave us a price which was reasonable. He was supposed to send us an email for confirmation but as of this mornnig nothing even though I've called him several times. I feel adequate time was given for him to respond unless he doesn't want the job.?????
Since we are a little upset with him we are searching for someone else. If you have any suggestions please let me know.
THANK YOU.

I was doing some online searching and read about San Antonio Stain, Inc. They sound like a very good company. Does anyone know anything about them?

I am also interested in referrals for the same thing. Looking forward to all of your replies!

I did get a call from San Antonio Stain late today. Our Arbor / Pergola is 12' x 12' and he gave me an estimate of approx $250.00 . I also found out that they do alot of work for Quality Custom Decks. I'm now waiting for an email and for him to visit our home.
He suggested either Cabott or Sikken (both are probably spelled wrong) over Olympic which he pretty much said was junk. I was also told DO NOT use a Water Based Stain like Olympic.
As anyone else we want a good product and one that will hold up to the TX HEAT.
I'm not certain on his price for the concrete staining. Hopefully he can visit with my Wife on Wednesday.
I'll let you know what he says.

Looking for a recommendation for someone to restain our pergola. Bought a house a couple of months ago with a pergola built in 2007 and we don't think anything was done to it after that. The pergola is still in good shape and we want to keep it that way. The pergola is 15x12 feet and this is not something we want to do ourselves. Thanks
