I am am looking to hire an individual who is knowledgeable of painting (interior and exterior), drywall, plumbing, concrete/flagstone work, installing fixtures and retro-fitting door knobs, and minor construction and wood repair. Thank you.

Check Angie's List for qualified handymen or contractors too many people say they can do the job just to leave you high and dry. Get someone to give you a landscaping design prior to hiring anybody to set the flagstone. A handyman can do the interior work just make sure they are licensed and bonded to do plumbing or electrical. If you have an HOA they can also recommend someone.
