No, his wife protector shirt, remember his first post about him defending wife from dogs every morning. He doesn't beat his wife.

I wish I could get ACS to respond in my neighborhood. I've been trying to get them to pick up a pack of 3 dogs for almost 2 years. The mother dog had puppies in December. We personally took them to ACS and/or found them homes. We kept one puppy. I've been trying to get them to come out before the mother dog goes into heat again. I don't want to deal with another round of rescuing puppies. We've given ACS their schedule, where they tend to be, etc. And in almost 2 years, no help whatsoever.

I thought San Antonio didn't have basements because the ground is too rocky?

hillcountry might.

the rest, not so much. the soil here sucks something fierce. to get my front garden going, i had to dig up an area 3' wide x 10' long x 10" deep and all the dirt was filled with rock >.>

HOA won't do anything just FYI you can file civil suit but I put my neighbors dog poop in bag and left a note saying I have three dogs of my own don't need to pick up after 2 more.
