We switched in December and love it. Wouldn't go back! We have 2 regular boxes and one wireless one that can be moved around. We did that because we have 4 TV's upstairs but rarely use our upstairs. Other than the day of installation we haven't used the wireless one. Guess I should try it out again

You can watch/record up to 4 streams (TV's) at a time, but currently, only 2 can be HD. My in-law;s have DISH. we we had long ago, and loved, but they have to be watching the same channel that they are recording. They can watch up to 2 at once (I think).

We've had UVERSE since 2006, so we've seen it "grow-up" and improve greatly over time. Still very happy with it!

My BIGGEST issues with TWC is there "here, take this and that is the way it is" attitude for customer service. Our box needs to be replaced, I have to go and stand in line and do it....need service at the house, this date from 12-8pm must be available.

With Uverse, they UPS me the replacement box and a receipt where I can go right down the street to any UPS place and they cover the shipping and handling...also, they are ALWAYS trying to "satisfy the customer" with something when you are inconvencienced or not satisfied....TWC just treats you like they are doing YOU a favor taking your $$$ vs their CUSTOMER writing THEIR paycheck by staying with them.

We have personally experienced higher internet speeds, better quality of TV (no pixal freezing) and MORE channels for the same price we paid for TWC. Know that it depends on where you are and what you have in personal equipment, but we are VERY satisfied with Uverse.

Been a UVerse subscriber since 2008 and I love it. I will pay anything they want, because the alternative, TWC is so bad that I ran screaming away from them. I even mailed them tell them that they would have to PAY ME to use their service, not the other way around.
