I started checking the weather ahead of time before washing my car. If there's even a small chance of rain within the next 5 to 7 days, I just wait. But the car wash on Perrin Beitel is pretty cheap and they'll rewash your car for free if it rains within the next week. At least that's the way it was before another company took over.

My random thought for the rest of the year:
I can’t wait to see one of the people that changes 3-5 lanes at once to take an exit off the highway getting in a wreck like in the movies, that the car hits a truck full of chemicals and then you can see the explotion from 20 miles away.
Maybe then… people will learn to get on the right lane 1 mile before their exit comes up.

I once saw a fire truck, I don't know what kind exactly, but it was merging onto 281 going north coming from 35 going south. It jackknifed across all the lanes before correcting itself, if anyone had been next to it on any of those lanes they would have got swept away easily, it was a surreal moment just this year.

Auto repair costs are for the birds, cornish hens, budgies, grackles, cockatoos, African grey parrots, crows, toucans, and pretty much all fowl!

Why is it that you drive on a parkway and park on a driveway?

Lots of great random thoughts today.
Hmmm, mine is Somebody is totally going cuckoo soon enough at work. We've got this box at our monthly trainings and staff can put a question for the CEO in it. She takes 30 minutes from the training to answer the questions. One person put in there some rant about how they can't stand the paperwork they now have because their special staff member left. It was just weird. Heebie jeebies!
