Default Classic Car Clubs

Does anyone know of any classic car clubs or get togethers. My husband I have a couple of 60's corvettes and would love to get out and meet others who share our love for cars. We have lived here for little over a year and have yet to find anything. Any help would be great

I have a friend who's husband buys and sells classic cars here in San Antonio. I've seen gatherings around town over the years so I know there is definite interest. I'll ask her what her husband knows about local groups.

I want to know you and your husband vettegirl, I love those cars!
My dream car has always been a 63' split window or 64,65..ok, any vette will do!

Great post, I'm interested in knowing about this too. We are about to acquire a 48' Ford Coupe and my hubby and I would love to get out and meet more people with similar interests.

Me too I want a 63 or a 65 Vette. Someday. Right now we have a 68 and a 69 Camaro. There is a place down there in New Branfuals to check out called AutoManiacs. They also have a location in Austin and in NB they are on the FAR south side of town almost to San Antonio. We bought one of our cars there. You might try calling them about car clubs. Otherwise there are plenty around I'm sure. It just takes getting to know where one is and finding out about the rest as they typically pass out fliers then about upcoming ones in other places. Some clubs have meets on a set day every month like the first Saturday or something. Try looking up on gaseline alley and see if they have any in your area posted.

Now, if you ever want to part w/ one of those babies remember to give me a call.

The Pig Stand on Broadway every Friday night. It a cruising to show off those mean chines.
It's informal but you can also meet people with similar interests or already in a club.
There is a Corvette Club in SA. I don't have a vette so I don't know.
I bet you will find members at The Pig Stand on Broadway on Friday nights.

Most of the Corvettes meet up at Biff Buzzby's on Friday nights. It is behind Wataburger on 35 and Topperwein. There is a show on friday's with classic cars and I know that they also have a monthly meeting but not sure when. I sometimes take my 68 beetle out there. Lots of nice people.
