Hmm... I wonder since this is the same magazine that said SA was overweight if they were drunk when they were here to do the rankings...

I would agree since I had friends who were drunks since they were 12 or 13 years old.
I never was a drunk but i'd admit to getting drunk every once in a while.

what they do is the get the average number of resturants in a city block. then compare them with other cities or at least thats what I was told .
