We just moved here from Southern California and would like to find a good, Christian preschool for our 3 year old son. The preschool he came from was small and absolutely wonderful in terms of learning and providing a good academic and social environment that is age appropriate. We are a strong Christian family and this foundation is also very important to us.

Can anyone recommend any ? The neighbor across the way whom I just met suggested Universal City Methodist but I would like 2 or 3 more options to look into.

I recommend Universal City Methodist Preschool, too. My son went there and had a great time. The only thing I didn't like was their school hours, which were only from 9-3. For working parents with regular 8-5 jobs, they don't have other options, e.g. extended day care. Also, check St. Monica Catholic School in Converse. They, too, have a a pre-school program. My daughter went there years before.
