It's also been said that they will not open a new Bill Miller's store unless they pay cash for the land, building, equipment, etc. No borrowing money.

My daughter and I ate at Bill Millers for the first time a week or two ago, we didn't think it was very good. I'd rather go to the BBQ Station near us. Now THAT is good brisket.

Had a great BBQ chicken, salad and green beans for dinner last night. Cheap and really good.

Bill Miller is like fast food BBQ to me now since ive tried places like the BBQ Station, Smokey Mo's, Texas Pride and The Big Bib...just to name a few.

Sometimes I wake up craving Bill Millers. Totally irrational I know. I think it is the potato salad that makes or breaks a BBQ place. Most places it is mashed potatos with Mayo and pickles. Bill Millers avoids the whole thing by pushing hash browns with grilled onions. Smart move! Bill Millers menu is good for a fast food place. I like the Soup in the winter and the salads in the summer. They fill my heart with gladness, take away all my sadness, ease my trouble-thats what they do!

The hash browns are good and one of my favorites. While I always get indigestion from eating them, the chopped sandwiches are not bad for a fast food on the run kinda thing.

That's the thing...Bill Millers has good sides for a fast food joint.

Ditto on BBQ Station. (ditto on Bill Millers also) Actually the fried chicken at BM is pretty good.

I was standing in the checkout line at HEB today. It was slow. The woman behind me had just a few items. I did too. I told her that they need to open more lanes. She told me she wasn't in a hurry and showed me a marinade she was buying. "This is the best marinade I have ever found. It makes Brisket taste better than BILL MILLERS!"
