Has HEB ever used Hollywood celebs before? Granted unless you are my 10yr old daughter Jennette isnt the biggest celeb on the planet (plays "Sam" on iCarly on Nick for those that dont know) but I dont remember them ever using celebrities in the past. Interestingly iCarly is one of the highest rated shows on cable and was just nominated for a bunch of Emmy's. HEB definitely struck when the iron was hot.

I remember an HEB commercial from a couple of years ago that used Nate Torrence, an actor who appeared a few months later in the NBC show "Studio 60 on the Sunset Strip."

There's a Spanish version as well, I was flipping through the channels after running on the treadmill yesterday afternoon and saw it.

I'll admit it, I actually like iCarly! Sure, it's a dumb kids' show; but it's fun and entertaining, and while I don't DVR it I will watch it on occasion.

And she's actually a pretty good country singer!

And I'm not the biggest fan of modern country music!

Cheers! M2

I was wondering who that obnoxious, odd looking twit was.

Hmm. I thought she might have some type of connection to Texas, but after a quick search on qikipedia it doesn't look like it.

I am not either but she does have a pretty good voice. She is actually a quadruple threat. She acts, sings, dances, and is (or was) a competitive figure skater.

It's also funny that you mention you watch it on occasion. There will be a marathon on and my daughter will be watching. Suddenly the wife and I realize she has left the room and we are sitting there still watching it.
