If this is the one in New Braunfels I have heard it is great... We have not been but everyone I know has told me that they like the McKenna one better than the one in San Antonio... I have heard nothing but good things and the reviews online are great... I think it would be worth the trip, for sure...

Yes, yes, YES!!! 100x's better than the San Antonio one, haven't tried the Austin museum. We've been to McKenna three? times and loved it every single time. Fun activities, clean environment, nice employees - we just wish it were closer. The employees walk around cleaning/picking up/keeping things organized and my favorite, sanitizing! Nothing negative to say about it at all.

Definitely worth the trip!

also a big fan, although haven't made it over there in a long time. Very clean and really enjoy any special exhibits they bring in.

Only complaint is that the adults have to pay to get in too...can get a bit $$ during the summer time when the rates increase. And no military discounts. Booooo.

I've been several times. It's great, there's no comparison with SA Children's museum. Perfect for toddlers thru age 6/7/8.
