50 years? I dont see them coming close to hitting that deadline. Maybe I'll get lucky and my kid's grand kids can enjoy it once it is done.

There is a McDonalds in either direction, but Im sure they have different owners. My first job was at the one near sea world when I was 17. The owner Mr.A also owned the one on Culebra and the one at Ingram Mall. Im sure the new one will be very nice compaired to what was torn down.
