Hello all! I will start by saying that I've never seen a Trader Joe's, much less shopped at one, but based on all the positive comments throughout this forum, I will eagerly await it's opening!

Anyway, sorry if this was already posted earlier.... I looked but didn't see any reference to today's story. Have a good day!

Great. Now all we need is an In-N-Out and perhaps an Ikea and we won't have to deal with the continual threads clamoring for them to open here.

I'm so excited! I really hope this pans out. I totally miss Trader Joe's and get my fix whenever I go back East. I always bring back a bunch of their stuff in my suitcase.

They have such a great variety of food and the prices are great. Fingers crossed this happens!

Must be a lie - after all, we continually hear all the reasons that "upscale" places like TJ's will NEVER come to SA.....

But what the heck - always good to see another option of a place to shop, so they're welcome!

I love Trader Joe's so I hope this rumor is true. One of my cats loves the Trader Joes tuna cat food, so he will be happy too

trn, well they are (rumored to be) opening up in the quarry, like the n/ne side of town needs another alternative grocery store.

i'm interested to see if this tj employs folks to do the signage daily like the others do.

I will welcome anything to challenge HEB. Tired to have only one main grocery store here.
