He has built a cave bunker in my flower bed and comes out at night to terrorize the neighborhood lawns. Started with just mine and now just uses my yard as a base of operations from which to plan attacks on more distant properties. Can't afford Seal Team Six and they are a little wrapped up exporting death and destruction to the four corners of the Earth to others who are more deserving...so how much would an exterminator run for a special op like this? Any fallback plans? Chemical warfare with mothballs?

LOL! I haven't found anything that keeps those landscape terrorists away. You could google trapping armadillos if you want to try something yourself before calling in Team Seven.

Thanks I have Googled everything...just wondering what it would run me to just say "get rid of it". I'm sure somebody on the board must have done that.

I guess I'm gettin old. This is not a problem. I used to play with these guys when I was a kid. They're half blind and you can sneak up on them. Grab him by the tail and pick his but up. Put in anything that resembles a cage- he has long claws on the front so make sure it's not a box. Put his unhappy but in the car take him for a ride in the country. Come home without him. You don't need SAPD or SWAT for these guys. They're next to harmless except for the digging.

ha ha, I immediately thought of the old caddyshack film. Dress up spec ops style, be Bill Murray, live like the rodent and you shall can to understand each other and cohabitat with a mutual understanding. BUT, if you see him come out of his hole and dance around a bit and give you the finger then blow his *ss away !!! Good luck !

Cat urine works really well in my yard. Though I have noticed there are less cats out now. Must be Satan worshippers in the neighborhood snatchin' 'em up in the middle of the night. (Really? Did this web site actually edit the word pi$$???)
