Well, again - it's his land, and his right to do with as he wishes. Now, illegal dumping - THAT is a different story, but it's not mentioned in your original comments. The illegal dump issues SHOULD be addressed - but the other stuff.....NOYB. Again - not a bust on ya, because I *DO* understand the angst - but it's his land.

Well that is a violation of several laws (or does the tree issue not apply there), and you do have recourse.
