I'm a Boeing contractor and I would like to see if anyone out there had any tips or experience with how to go about moving into one of their permanent positions. I have a B.S. Business Admin and an aircraft inspector background but I would like to make the transition into a business or administrative position.

Go to Boeingcareers.com and apply and apply and apply. Tailor your resume to the job description, key words and all. Then sit back and wait. You could get a quick response but don't hold your breath. the boeing forum section at Indeed.com has several threads on this. Good Luck.
