I'm sure this is buried somewhere in the threads, but anyone have a good moving company locally? Moving from Stone Oak Area to Steubing Ranch, not far. Thanks!!

i recommend you stay away from alpha omega movers. not only did they say up front 'we accept tips, just so you know', they also destroyed my mother in law's dining room table (well over a grand) and had the gall to suggest using gorilla glue to fix it!

its not like this is a wal mart crappy table you'll likely dispose of in a year or so, this sucker is solid, heavy and built to last.

so far, no results with a claim and its been well over 2 weeks. i might have to give them a call myself and get some results, because when you combine everything (including the owner saying he would come out and personally pick up the table and take it to his carpenter of choice to have it repaired professionally and he never showed up) thats happened, i wouldnt even give these guys a second glance in the phone book...
