Does anyone have information on the rec center that is being built on Alamo parkway?

Default Rec Center

I have been searching for information for the past two weeks and can not find anything. I'm located in The Hills and really hope that our side will have access. The HOA has not sent out any documentation.

I, too, live in The Hills. From the looks of the road they're cutting in, we may actually get a nice place to go to "recreate". (Fingers crossed...)

This could be totally wrong, but I was talking to the Chesmar guy at their model home the other day. I asked him what was going in right across the road where it says Rec Center and he told me it was a recreation center for the Summit community. He seemed a little unsure though. That didn't make sense to me, because I think it would say that on the sign if that's what it was. He may be right though, I guess we'll see.

In the last HOA meeting it was said by the board that the Rec Center was only for the Summit residents.
