Default Random thoughts on hometown, new perspective.

I haunt 2 city forums. My former hometown and San Antonio. While not a prolific poster I read often. I did get a funny vibe recently that I bet many local San Antonio natives must get here. After reading the posts of many people new to my old home town and many people looking to move there. I almost felt like I was listening to a conversation about an old girlfriend of an intimate and unflattering nature. I can only imagine how longtime residents here must feel, when new folks and people far away speculate and hold views about this town that may not reflect the ideals of the native population. I will keep these things in mind as I read and post. Perhaps other's may gain some insight here.
I do love my adopted hometown and I am thankful that the natives are at ease with me where ever I go.
