Job Hunting/ Military Bases (home, contractor, relocating to)

My husband is in the communications/RF field and we're thinking of relocating to SA some time next year. At the moment he works in an airforce base In the ME. Any ideas where to start looking for jobs in SA?

He's an LMR III/lead tech at the moment, has been doing communications for over 10 years now, previously in the Army but in the past 3 years as a civil contractor.
I'm a stay at home Mom but hopefully there'll be something for me out there once we get settled.
