I remember Russel Stovers and Orange julius and the corndog place where the girls dressed in stripped outfits. Then things started going down hill due to the gangs hanging out there, so we stopped going. Yeah there are escalators in the place.I remember to when there was a Joske's in there as well.
At El Chico I used to like sitting in the area where you can see all the people in the mall, i remember in the 90's Wendy's opened inside Wards. A shame some lowlifes caused the demise of what was a great mall.

very fond memories of Windsor. I graduated from Roosevelt right next door in 1992 and did not have a car so I had to walk through the mall everyday to get to the park and ride. Used to sit and wait for a couple of friends in the food court while they were at track practice. We all rode the same bus and wasn't much of a problem since I had to wait for nearly an hour since my bus came like less than 10 minutes after school let out so I couldn't make it. That junior year I got my best grades since I used that time before the bus to do my homework. Senior year... I spent all my time going to the movies since they turned into a dollar theatres. So I can theoretically blame my lack of a life and the bad grades on the mall failing... Thanks Windsor Park Mall!

JK!

Yeah I remember the last days of the dollar movies at Windsor, I remember on the last day it was open it was freezing outside and they did not even bother turning on the heater.

Here's a new video of Rackspace HQ ("the Castle") that our RS video guys just did:

The Castle: Inside Rackspace's Headquarters - YouTube

The entire mall is nowhere near renovated. My guess is it's maybe half done?
